Baptism Registration

This form is for registered families seeking baptism for children from birth to 2nd grade. The next class is scheduled for 11:30am on June 28, 2026 in the Pope John XXIII room. (Class will run approximately 90 minutes.) All information is confidential and recorded in the Resurrection Parish Sacramental Register.
