Baptism Registration

This form is for registered families seeking baptism for children from birth to 2nd grade. The next class is on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at 9am in the Pope John XXIII room on campus. All information is confidential and recorded in the Resurrection Parish Sacramental Register.
